I've spent the last several years doing one thing: helping businesses get real, lasting value out of Salesforce. With hands-on experience across companies of all shapes and sizes — from scrappy startups to established enterprises — I've seen firsthand what separates a Salesforce implementation that transforms a business from one that just collects dust.

I hold three Salesforce certifications — Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Business Analyst — which means I understand both the technical side of the platform and the human side of getting a team to actually use it.
